The QR codes printed on our belts are dynamic – meaning that the underlying content can be changed. While the QR code printed on the belt will not change, the destination is often a url that can be updated immediately as frequently, or infrequently, as your desire. It could be weekly ads, a timed giveaway, credit or debit application, coupons for the bakery or deli… the possibilities are endless!
We see this as a great opportunity for retailers to provide fresh location-based communication in a new and engaging way. And if the square shape doesn’t appeal to you, you can even get creative with the design of the QR code itself. Also, by using a unique url link you can use metrics to track the effectiveness of the printing.
